Definitely not! Read my biography to learn more about who I am and why I am sweating so much!
Unless there is something particularly challenging about the job, a standard curb number design, it typically takes less than an hour. Premium styles take a little longer.
No, my service is very convenient! When you order and pay online through my order form, I'll add your job to my queue and get it done as soon as possible. I don't need to access your home for reason, so it doesn't matter if you are home or not!
I'm just here to paint numbers on curbs, not deal with the HOA! But seriously, when you place an order through my form, I require all customers to acknowledge the following disclaimer:
By authorizing this work, I confirm that I have the necessary permission and that the design adheres to all legal and community guidelines. I will be responsible for any issues arising from non-compliance.
Maybe, let's talk about it! Contact me at help@katykurbs.com before you order!
I use 4" stencils for the standard curb number design, and 3" stencils on the Texas Flag design. The background is a high contrast white, and I try to leave a 1" border around the design (though sometimes due to curb design, number placement or other factors, it isn't possible).
To ensure the best possible results for your curb number painting, please take a moment to prepare the area before we arrive:
Clear away any dirt, leaves, or other debris from the curb surface where the numbers will be painted. This will help the paint adhere better and ensure a smooth, professional finish.
Make sure the area to be painted is completely dry. Our paint adheres best to a dry surface, and any moisture can affect the adhesion and longevity of the paint job. If you have recently washed your driveway or surrounding areas, please allow ample drying time before our arrival. We recommend waiting at least 24 hours for optimal results.
When you sign up online, you will have the option to pay using a credit or debit card, and that is preferred. I also accept cash.
Texas weather is a big factor, but typically your new numbers should last a few years. We use professional paints and apply a weather-resistant matte clear coat finish, so we go out of our way to help extend the life of your new curb numbers.
Currently, we offer the classic black-on-white design, the Texas flag, and the US flag. Keep an eye on our order form for the latest designs available for purchase. If it's listed on the order form, we can paint it for you!
You can use my secure online order form to place your order! Your payment is processed securely through Stripe.
